Manuscript DS in German, signed “T. M. C. Asser,” one page, 8.25 x 6.5, December 13, 1899. Untranslated official document retaining its original paper seal and string affixed to the left of Asser’s signture. A central vertical fold, scattered toning and soiling, and some slight dampstaining to the bottom edge, otherwise fine condition.
