The Elzevier family of printers began work about 1581 in Leiden, and ultimately became "de facto" printers to the city's newly founded university. The text was edited by Daniel Heinsius (1580-1655), one of the most distinguished scholars of the period. An important set in uncommonly good condition.

Shipping: Books & Catalogs (view shipping information)
