Hardcover, 8.5 x 12.25, 74 pages, bound with 'The Deathless Story of the 'Titanic'' by Philip Gibbs, a 40-page illustrated newspaper article. The book contains the "report of a formal investigation into the circumstances attending the foundering on 15th April, 1912, of the British Steamship 'Titanic,' of Liverpool, after striking ice." Book condition: VG-/None, with cracks along the spine, some minor foxing, and vertical bends to pages.
