This is an original mercantile counter top display for Tip-Top Watches. The display reads, "Tip-Top Watches Silver Dials Non-Breakable Crystals True Time Tellers The New Haven Clock Co., New Haven, Conn., U.S.A." The display is from the 1920's ands shows very good condition with the original paint. This has a rare pocket watch collection of 12 pieces displayed on the inside. These include: Westclox Scotty (4), Westclox Pocket Ben (3), Westclox Bull's Eye (2), Ingersol Waterbury turn of the century railroad watch, Ingraham Biltmore, and a Keystone crystal and nickel silver etched watch case. These all (with the exception of the empty watch case) have the movement inside and believed to work (not tested). The watches are all on a sliding metal drawer that pulls out with a felt back. Display measures 10.5"W x 8"D x 8.5"H. Metal frame with painted wood grain design.
