Shipping Details:
Our handling fees are:
Parcels: Min $10.00 (1-4 Lots) If we have to buy or create a special packaging, this will be added to your invoice. (special kind of box, crate, etc)
Each Additional Item: $2.50 a piece. We take good care to wrap your won items.
Insurance: We always send with insurance. The 1st $100 is free, anything above $100 will charged according to the courier's rates.
All items will be sent with tracking numbers. We scour all possible shipping couriers to find the lowest and most reliable shipping company. When we calculate the shipping, we try to use the most reasonably affordable shipping standard to help keep your costs low.
For those who choose shipping, please wait to pay your invoice, until we have got your items ready for delivery. We will charge your card on file. If you have chosen to pay via e-transfer we expect payment in 1 day from the invoice being sent to you. We have to pay out our consignors.

For those who have selected shipping, we kindly ask that you wait for us to send you an amended and updated invoice that will include your shipping and handling fees, please? Sometimes it takes until early next week to get to your shipping, kindly be patient with us.
For those paying by etransfer, kindly remit payment to: accounting@zaksauctions.ca, no later than June 25 2024 5pm. If you are paying by etransfer and your bank is requesting a security question/answer - you have entered the wrong email address, we are on auto deposit.
For those who chose to pay by credit card, we will be charging your card on file, if we have not already.
PICKUPS:
Pickups for tonight's auction will be at 14602 116 Avenue NW, in Edmonton Alberta.

***Please understand that we are still tight on space in our location, we kindly ask that you are prompt on picking up your items***
If you are coming from out of town or you have a reasonable intent for being late to pick up, please call the office at 780-249-0801 and let us know or send us an email before the Tuesday following the sale. We will set your item(s) into our Delayed Pickup Area and hold it until the date you give us (within reason please?).
Anything not picked up without arrangements made will be subject to a one time $35 Storage Fee. We may make the decision to assume you have abandoned your items or we may decide to ship your won items to your home mailing address and we will be charging the registered credit card for the expense of the storage fee(s) as well as the shipping and handling costs. Please make sure you avoid these storage fees!! Space is vital at our location right now.

Terms and Conditions of Auction Sale
1. Forms of payment: Cash, Etransfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
2. All items are sold as-is, where-is and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately once the item has been sold.
3. All items have been made available for inspection - the purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself to the conditions, identity and authenticity and shall not be be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. The Auctioneer has the final say on all sold items.
5. All merchandise MUST be paid in full no later than August Friday August 9 2024.
6. Stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs incurred will lie at the purchaser's expense.
7. All bidders MUST be 18 years of age and are bound by their signature on bidders registration agreement.
8. You are responsible for all items charged to your bidding number | Don't walk away from your electronic device and let your cat, wife, child or anything else place a bid because you will be held responsible! Don't throw your number in the garbage! Someone might come along and use it and you will be responsible!
9. I (we) agree to assign any or all properties, goods or chattels to the selling again (Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd.), under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from Declined Credit Cards on registrants file, unpaid purchases or all other acceptable forms of payments.
10. Any bidder accruing an amount in excess of $2500 MUST clear their account before they can continue bidding and purchase more items.
11. Any paid lot NOT picked up by Tuesday August 13, 2024, 5pm will be considered forfeited and becomes property of Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. with the exclusion of those who require shipping (determined at point of registration) and/or those who have made previous alternate pickup arrangements.
12. In no event will Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, losses, related to business interruption, loss of business information or lost profits arising out of or in connection with any website, the sale of any goods, the services, sales or the auction, or out of any breach of warranty, even if Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. The Purchaser and any associated agents and attendees will be responsible for any damage, whether accidentally or with intention, to the property.
14. Shipping
All items that can be shipped will be prepared for shipment approximately 1-3 weeks of the auction closing.
