Tintype civil war photo of Union soldier standing in full view. He wears a nine-button frock coat with stand-up collar and chevron sewn on both sleeves. In addition the soldier wears his regulation kepi and trousers. The tintype measures 5'' x 7''. The image has a soft focus and displays a yellow-brown patina. Photo is missing the original oval matte frame, otherwise very good condition.
