<B>Timothy Matlack. Continental Congress Delegate, Document Signed</B></I> “<I>T Matlack</B></I>”. One page, 25.5” x 14”, on vellum, dated July 21, 1814, an indenture for land near Philadelphia, complete with all seals and endorsements, with fold creases, else very good. Timothy Matlack was a member of the Council of Safety in Philadelphia before and during the American Revolution.
