The watch features a white dial with three subdials for chronograph functions, a date window between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions, black Arabic numeral hour markers, a tachymeter scale around the outer edge, and luminous hands. The case is stainless steel with a brushed finish and houses a quartz movement marked "Movement Japan, Assembled in China." The back of the case is engraved "Timex, SR 927 W Cell, Water Resistant, Stainless Steel Case, H1." The watch is fitted with a black leather-like strap with contrasting white stitching and a silver-tone buckle closure. Timex, founded in 1854 as the Waterbury Clock Company in Connecticut, USA, became known for producing affordable and durable timepieces. In the mid-20th century, Timex gained popularity for its slogan "Takes a licking and keeps on ticking" through endurance-based marketing campaigns.
