There is a method of selling items by auction and it is called 'Times the money"
The auctioneer will tell the crowd HOW may are in the lot and the successful buyer is committed to buy each one at the winning bid.
For example, this week we have rolls of American Copper pennies, we have 5 of them.
If you are the successful bidder at $1.50; this means the buyer is paying $1.250 x5 = $7.50 for this lot.
This is different than "On Choice"
Time The Money = $sold price x amount of items
On Choice = $sold price x how many the buyer chooses to take

Shipping & Handling Fees:
Min $10.00 (1-4 Lots) If we have to buy or create a special packaging, this will be added to your invoice. (special kind of box, crate, etc)
Each Additional Item: $2.50-$10.00 a piece, depending on how much material and time is used to prepare your item for shipping. We take good care to wrap your won items.
Insurance: We always send with insurance. The 1st $100 is free, insurance is only on the cost of the lot, not the buyers premium and any other added fees or shipping costs.
All items will be sent with tracking numbers. We try to use the most reasonably affordable shipping standard to help keep your costs low. Canada Post seems to be upping their charges often and we are conscious of this and try our best to keep the cost down for you. We've been there, we get it!
For those who choose shipping, we will charge your card on file. If you have chosen to pay via e-transfer we expect payment in 1 day from the invoice being sent to you.

SHIPPING: If you have selected shipping, we will send your invoice up to a week after the auction has concluded. This invoice will INCLUDE your Grand Total (Invoice + Shipping Costs). Please be a patient.

Terms and Conditions of Auction Sale
1. Forms of payment: Cash, Etransfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit (tap only using physical card) all invoices must be paid in full no later than Tuesday December 15, 2024, any invoice with a balance owing will be subject to a 3% Late Fee, compounded weekly.
2. All items are sold as-is, where-is and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately once the item has been sold.
3. All items have been made available for inspection - the purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself to the conditions, identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. The Auctioneer has the final say on all sold items.
5. No items are to be received by the successful buyer until all items have been paid in full by the determined deadline below. Please note the consignor owns the lot(s) until the bidder has been deemed the successful buyer, which then the ownership transfer to you. You are responsible at this point forward. This includes any item that may have been damaged, lost etc - please promptly pick up your item - we will not be held responsible
6. Stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs incurred will lie at the purchaser's expense.
7. All bidders MUST be 18 years of age and are bound by their signature on bidders' registration agreement.
8. You are responsible for all items charged to your bidding number | Don't let someone come along and pick your card out of the garbage or from the floor - you will be responsible!
9. I (we) agree to assign any or all properties, goods or chattels to the selling agent (Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd.) under the Personal Property Security Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from unpaid purchases and/or stoppage of payments.
10. Any bidder accruing an amount in excess of $2500 MUST clear their account before they can continue bidding and purchase more items.
11. Any paid lot NOT picked up by Monday December 1, 2024, 12pm, will be considered forfeited and becomes property of Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. with the exclusion of those have made previous alternate pick-up arrangements.
12. In no event with Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, losses, related to business interruption, loss of business information or lost profits arising out of or in connection with any website, the sale of any goods, the services, sales or the auction, or out of any breach of warranty, even if Zaks Auctions & Services Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. The Purchaser and any associated agents and attendees will be responsible for any damage, whether accidentally or with intention, to the property.
14. Shipping - NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE -
The only time we use Canada Post is if your mailing address uses Post Box #, otherwise we find cheaper rates using ICS Courier, Canpar, Purolator and occasionally Fedex.
15. We sell by description, if the picture does NOT match the title and description, please bid according to the WORDS and not the photo(s). Photos are provided to show you a visual of what the item is, sometimes, we make mistakes, in this case - TITLE AND DESCRIPTION TRUMPS PHOTOS.
