Bidding. When making a bid, a bidder agrees and assumes personal liability to pay the hammer price, including the buyer's premium and the shipping cost. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, Just Bid LLC has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, Just Bid LLC sale record shall be conclusive.
Buyer’s Premium. A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot purchased.

Shipping. Buyer Pays Shipping & Handling. You can save on shipping by buying more than one (1) lot. We ship the items with insurance via FedEx within 2-3 business days after receipt of funds is verified. When shipping internationally, taxes and duties is your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for international laws affecting the delivery of your items. It is the responsibility of the bidder/purchaser to be aware of and comply with all exports regulations and restrictions. No refunds will be provided for the failure of Bidder to comply with this provision.
Paid Lots. All paid lots will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of funds is verified. For buyers who request to put a hold on the shipment, Just Bid, LLC shall have no liability for lost or any damage to property. Unclaimed paid lots for over 2 months will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Just Bid, LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time without liability.
