Also includes letter concerning a prisoner exchange of General Prescott for General Lee; Washington giving an account of the Surrender of Ticonderoga; General St. Clair to Congress re: Ticonderoga; a letter signed by J. Burgoyne; and a “Manifesto of Washington in answer to General Burgoyne’s Proclamation,'' signed in type: ''George Washington.'' Very good condition.
