Three framed and glazed manuscripts: I) Quitclaim by Roger de Quincy, Earl of Winchester (1235-64) and Constable of Scotland, to master Peter de Wylebi, clerk, his heirs and assigns, of all suit and view of frankpledge which he made to the earl twice a year at his court of the honour of Leicester, by reason of a tenement he held of the earl's fee. II) Grant by William d'Aubigny (ca. 1154), with the assent of his father and brothers, his wifes and heirs, to the nuns of Sempringham of all the land that Pain the butler held in Kirkby Laythorpe in free alms. William also confirms all the brush (wood) of 'Frethegestahac' which William de Rames gave to the nuns. III) Early 13th century confirmation by Ralph son of Henry of Sibbertoft to the abbot and convent of Sulby, in pure and perpetual alms, of all the service which Thomas Motun was accustomed to render him, with all homage, from the land which he once held of Ralph, namely one penny at Christmas. £400-600
