Three different sizes of O. P. Willis bottles
5", 4 1/4", 3". O. P. Willis / Apothecary / Carson City, Nev. All except for the 3” have the embossed monogram logo. Very little wear. The 3" has very small chips at mouth. The 3" is very clean! The 1870 census lists O.P. Willis, an Apothecary, as a 27 year old resident of Carson City in Ormsby County. His store was located on the northeast corner of Carson & King streets in Carson City, and was eventually bought out by Thaxter--another well-known pharmacist, in 1878.
