A) U.S. Model M2 Flare Pistol. Used by the U.S. Forces during World War II. Left side of cast barrel has the two line model and serial number above "U.S. [cross cannon cartouche] PROPERTY". The cast frame is fitted with checkered plastic grips featuring International Flare-Single Co. imprinted logos.

Condition: Excellent. The brass / bronze has a mixed aged patina. The grips are excellent with only a few light handling marks. The checkering is crisp.

B) Large style brass breech / frame, grip, and steel barrel, with cast in checkering in the grip area featuring the maker markings, with lanyard ring on the bottom of the frame, with the original rope lanyard. Often seen as part of the International No. 52 Marine Distress Signal Kit for lifeboats and other marine craft.

Condition: Excellent overall. The barrel retains 90% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The brass / bronze breech / frame have a smooth aged patina.

C) All brass frame and barrel, the top barrel flat is marked "1" CON / VERY PISTOL 25mm MARK IV / SCOTT FETZGER Co. CLEVE. O", with "4-314" on upper left flat (25mm MARK IV has been struck out). Grooved two piece grips with a wide horizontal groove filled with red paint on both panels under the screw.

Condition: Very good overall. The brass has an old light yellow patina overall with numerous minor handling marks. The grips are good, loose on the frame, with worn grooves and some minor handling marks.
