Lot of 3 including a territorial. 1) Frankel & Block (Agency of Bank of California). They were mining stock brokers. Issued January 31, 1876 to Mr. E.L. Schulz for $2,374.50. Signed Frankel & Block. RN-D revenue imprint. Cut cancel, some toning. These checks are quite scarce. 2) Maynard & Flood, Gold Hill, Nevada Territory check issued June 15, 1863 from the Imperial Silver Mining Company (a Gold Hill mine) to William Lee. Two cent adhesive revenue stamp at left corner. Cut and pen cancel. 3) Revenue check for the Imperial Mining Company (see previous check) issued in Virginia City, May 3, 1876. RN-D revenue imprint.
