Nice group of three elements of armour for the oscillating components of the upper cannons. Left most a single sheet of steel embossed with a roped section for the insertion of a lower lame to allow the movement of an arm while wearing armour, 16th-17th century. Center a large oscillating component of the arm defenses again with a simple embossed section and riveted together from a single lame, 16th - 17th century. Right most a single element of armour for the upper cannons with a roped embossed decoration riveted together from a single lame, Higgins Armory Museum Inv# (929.36). The right most with a nice fleur de Lis protruding locking component to secure pauldrons. Size 5 3/8" W largest piece.
