<B>Three Dimensional Tales from the Crypt of Terror #2 Gaines File pedigree 1/12 (EC, 1954) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white to white pages.</B></I> Seemed like such a great idea, taking the EC concept one more step by adding 3-D to amplify the great art and the horror effect; but, alas, this was a one-shot in 1954. Al Feldstein's signature cover opened the way to ghoulish reprints redrawn in the 3-D format. Overstreet indicates this issue is rare in high-grade, so you're obviously looking at a rare book here. This one contains two pairs of 3-D glasses, and it sports the second-highest grade yet assigned to a copy of this issue by CGC. Overstreet 2006 VF/NM 9.0 value = $878; NM- 9.2 value = $1,200.
