Lot of 3 different. 1) The Richmond Consolidated Mining Company, Limited. Rare. Issued in 1882, not cancelled. Incorporated in 1871, this was one of the largest mining companies at Eureka, producing lead and silver. The Richmond erected a refinery in 1874 and began desilverization of its bullion. It's smelting plant gradually became the best of its kind in the West. Its English ownership lasted into the 1880's when the mine was sold. 2) Eureka Tunnel & Mining Company. Issued in Eureka in 1882. Hole punched. Folds, toning. 3) Hoosac Cons. Gold & Silver Mining Company. Issued in 1878 in NY, not cancelled. Mining vignette. Folds, toning on reverse. Hoosac Mine was one of oldest in district located in 1869. Mine workings were in quartzite.
