Monitors consumption of materials such as timber, iron, kerosene, tallow, and tar. Also notes 2 dozen Parker Lanterns bought. Fold. 14 x 8.5" 3) Report of Operations for the Utah Consolidated Mining Company for the week ending May 12th, 1893. Lists the various types of employees present and notes on work done at the mine.
