The lowest medal is a 1883 Washingtons Headquarters at Newburgh, NY., Proclamation of Peace, Disbandment of Army Centennials medal attributed as HK-135 and Baker-R-456 in white metal. It is holed and suspended for a longer ribbon that is sewn to the other ribbons. All housed in a specimen preservation box. Estimated Value 200 - UP
