Washington: GPO, 1891. 16mo with light leather boards, gilt front, and flap that tucks into front pocket to close, marbled edges, 228pp. Bookplate on ffep that indicates this is the property of the Bureau of Navigation, Gen. Ruger's Office written on top of bookplate. Third is Naval War College pamphlet, Abstract of Course. Washington: GPO, 1895. 8vo, printed paper wraps, 39pp, 2 folding maps. Front cover stamped "Confidential."

Condition: Last with longitudinal fold, slight scuffing and sunning of outer part when folded. Both leather pocket manuals have some scuffing of covers. Otherwise all 3 in better than average condition.
