"Those Last Critical Moments" Art Print signed and numbered "William S. Phillips, #268/1250". It has a "USS Kitty Hawk CV-63" Patch in the right corner. The bottom caption reads "An F-14 Tomcat is launched from a forward catapult while another F-14 heads toward a "Trap" aboard the Carrier KITTY HAWK".
