This Thompson Center "Contender" has a 10" blued, round, break action barrel chambered in .45 Colt manufactured circa 1985 in Rochester, NH. It features a serrated ramped front sight, fully adjustable square notch target sight on the barrel, serrated hammer spur, rimfire/centerfire selector on hammer, and curved trigger with side serrations. The furniture consists of a Thompson center smooth hardwood pistol grip with a rubber back and a T/C grip cap, and in the front is a checkered rubber Pachmayr forend. An engraved Puma is on both sides of the receiver. The metal finish retained is approximately 95% with only superficial marks and little signs of handling, but the front sight metal is rusted. The wood condition looks great with very light handling marks. Bore is bright with strong rifling. The action is smooth with tight lock-up. A better condition rating would have been given if the front sight was rust free. This firearm is covered with dried oil, or CLP from storage.
Condition is NRA Good.
