This Thompson Center "Contender" has a 10" blued, round, break action barrel chambered in .223 Remington manufactured circa 1978 in Rochester, NH. It features a ramped pinned front blade sight, fully adjustable square notch target sight on the barrel, serrated hammer spur, rimfire/centerfire selector on hammer, and curved trigger with side serrations. The furniture is brown laminate wood with an unfinished contoured forend, and a finished thumbhole palm swelled pistol grip. An engraved Puma is on both sides of the receiver. The metal finish retained is approximately 99% with only superficial marks and little signs of handling. The wood condition looks great, but the forearm wiggles a little. Bore is bright with strong rifling. The action is smooth with tight lock-up
Condition is NRA Excellent.
