Letter to a gentleman. In part: “I set out from my hotel this morning with the hope being able to pay my respects to you in person, but was unluckily prevented by other engagements.” Second integral page bears an address panel in Moore’s hand. In very good condition, with uniform toning, and light overall creasing and wrinkling.
