Vintage matte-finish 9 x 7.5 Harris and Ewing photo of Roosevelt pouring over papers at his desk, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, as president, “To Walter L. Dunn, with all good wishes from Theodore Roosevelt, Feb 10th 1909.” Cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 18 x 17. A bit of scattered light toning and soiling to lower border, slightly affecting last two letters of signature, and some light staining to right border, otherwise fine condition.
