Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 23 x 18.5, June 24, 1907. President Roosevelt appoints Ernest A. Man of Florida “Consul of the United States of America at Leghorn, Italy.” Signed at the conclusion by Roosevelt, and countersigned by the acting secretary of state. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, two through single letters of signature, and some light creasing and wrinkling. The white paper seal is crisp and intact.
