Signed under the frontispiece gravure photo, which features him in his Rough Rider uniform; the signature is further authenticated by the printed tissue guard, which notes that the photo is “signed in autograph.” Very mild toning to page edges, rubbing and soiling to covers and spine (soiling a bit heavier along spine), small chips to cover labels, and front hinge a bit loose, otherwise a tight copy in fine condition. A great example of Roosevelt in his most desirable pose! Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
