<B>Theodore Roosevelt Document Signed</B></I> A partly printed military appointment signed as President, one page 15" x 21" December 26, 1901, an appointment for Launcelot Turcell being a second lieutenant in the Infantry. A large bold signature of both the president and the secretary of war. Missing a corner 4" x 4.5" from the upper right of the document. Perfect for framing with a portrait of the president.
