Signed ''Theodore Roosevelt'' clearly on front free endpaper. Memoir is an account of Roosevelt's ten-month hunting trip through central and northern Africa, made after he left the White House in March 1909. In original brown cloth boards with leather trim and gilt spine lettering, book measures 6.75'' x 10'' with some foxing and bookplate of previous owner to front pastedown. Near fine.
