<B>Theodore Roosevelt: An Exceedingly Rare 7/8" Trigate Coat-tail Button from 1904.</B></I> "Indiana's Choice," featuring T.R., Fairbanks, and Hanley. This is the plate example from the original 1896-1972 Hake book (pg. 64 no. 185), and the only example we can ever recall encountering. Condition is choice- the sepia looks a little faded but, in our opinion, this is "as made," as it is not unusual to find mint condition sepia buttons of this general style with uneven tone.
