<B>Theodore Roosevelt Photograph Signed</B></I> 4" x 5", [Washington], March 21, 1905, a silvertone photograph of Roosevelt, matted on tan presentation stock, with holograph inscription "<I>with regards, Theodore Roosevelt March 21, 1905</B></I>". Handsomely matted and framed to an overall size of 15" x 17". The frame reverse bears a presentation inscription, "Presented to General George A. Custer Garrison No. (2), Army and Navy Admin, By Hon. Theodore Roosevelt, President of the United States, and won by James S. Long, for selling the highest number of tickets, the proceeds of which are to be devoted to the decoration of the graves of the Honored Soldiers, Sailors, and Marine Dead Buried in the U.S. National Cemetary, Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, N.Y." Photograph and presentation mat are in very fine condition.
