Schofield is here commissioned a Lieutenant-Commander in the U.S. Navy. Countersigned by Truman H. Newberry as Acting Secretary of the Navy. Splendid graphics, a blue Navy Department seal and a bold presidential signature. Light aging along edges, very fine condition.
