Cut measures 5.5" x 7" in size and has been hand signed in blue felt tip pen by Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk (D. 2014), Thomas W. Ferebee (D. 2000), and Paul Tibbets (D. 2007).

Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk was a navigator of the United States Army Air Forces, best known as the navigator of the Enola Gay when it dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima.

Thomas W. Ferebee was the bombardier aboard the B-29 Superfortress, Enola Gay, which dropped the atomic bomb, "Little Boy", on Hiroshima in 1945.

Paul Warfield Tibbets Jr. was a brigadier general in the United States Air Force. He is best known as the pilot who flew the Enola Gay (named after his mother) when it dropped Little Boy, the first of two atomic bombs used in warfare, on the Japanese city of Hiroshima.
