Israeli politician (1911–2007) who served as mayor of Jerusalem from 1965 to 1993. Thirty-one items, consisting mainly of one-page TLSs, signed “Teddy,” mostly on Mayor of Jerusalem letterhead, dating from 1977-1991; and three pre-printed note and holiday cards, all also signed “Teddy.” Extensive correspondence with Herbert Mitgang of The New York Times and others about book releases, published newspaper articles and current politics. In fine condition, with some light creases and paperclip impressions to top edges of some letters.
