Concluding page of a mimeographed TLS, in German, signed “Herzl,” as Chairman of the Action Committee of the World Zionist Organization, and also signed by “A.H. Reich,” as Secretary, one page, 8.5 x 11, no date, but circa 1900. This concluding page discusses the possibility of “irresponsible reporters” who publish unofficial communiqués. He advises that this circular should remain confidential. The first two pages of this letter are missing. Accompanied by the first two pages of a different mimeographed circular letter in German ostensibly by Herzl. These first two pages discuss the forthcoming Fourth Zionist Congress to be held in London in August 1900 and the agenda including “The Economic Situation of the Jews.” Two binder holes in left margin, tiny holes at top left corner, and some scattered light foxing, otherwise fine condition.
