To Benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; Autographed guitar from the band "The Zoo". The Zoo has been MTV cover band of the year and on the circuit for 20 years. They are personal friends of Tim Chapulis and were thrilled to help out St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with this autographed red Squier Bullet guitar by Fender. The last guitar that was autographed by The Zoo brought $2,700 to Benefit the Sandy Hook, Newtown Fund. This guitar was sold previously at one of our auctions and the buyer was kind enough to send in the full amount and told us to reoffer this guitar for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! Can we continue this tradition of paying it forward? This guitar would make a great Father's Day gift! This guitar is being auctioned to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The importance of today's auction is to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memorance of Peter W. Chapulis, in memory of him and all dads! We have been collecting for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since the passing of Peter W. Chapulis. Pick up of items in Torrington, CT will be scheduled on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Times will be scheduled for pick up of these items after the auction. Pick up of other items can be made by set appointment ONLY after auction, please call Tim Chapulis, 860-459-0964 to make pick up appointment. Pick up of items will be done at the convenience and scheduling of the auctioneer only. If you cannot make a scheduled pick up time, additional fees may apply. If pick up cannot be arraigned within 5 days, payment must be sent prior to pick up or delivery. If you are picking up items that have not been paid for, we will accept CASH ONLY at time of pick up, however, payment must be made within 5 days of auction. NO CHECKS will be accepted to pick up items that have not been paid in full prior to pick up. If you are planning to hand pick up your items, you must bring your own help, boxes, any packing materials, and truck or transportation vehicles, as there will be no staff available to help you pack and load your items unless prior arraignments have been made. b) For invoices $1,000 and under are BANK MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS. Please do not mail cash. An additional $20 fee will be charged for wire transfers of funds under $1,000. For invoices above $1,000, we require payment by bank wire transfer. In either case payment must be paid in full within 5 business days of sale, otherwise Auctioneer may resell merchandise at public or private sale and retain 20% deposit as liquidated damages. In either case, payment must be made in full within 5 business days of sale. Failure to make payment within 5 business days will also result in an additional $50 fee to be added to your invoice to cover additional collection costs.
c) Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract. If you bid on a lot and win (even if the bid was placed accidentally), you are liable for payment.
d) If you are mailing payment using FedEx, UPS, any overnight delivery service, or special delivery - PLEASE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. (if we have to track down packages or pick up at Post Office, this will slow the process and result in delay of shipping items).
e) Anyone who does not follow these terms will receive negative feedback and a dispute will be filed immediately, unless a longer term has been worked out in advance with Tim Chapulis, i.e. over sea's buyers or buyers out of the country. All purchases shall be held until check clears and funds are made available through our bank.
