Original hand drawn storyboard used in the production of the John Carpenter directed science fiction horror film "The Thing" (1982) where, a research team in Antarctica is hunted by a shape-shifting alien that assumes the appearance of its victims. The film stars Kurt Russell as the team's helicopter pilot, R.J. MacReady, and features A. Wilford Brimley, T. K. Carter, David Clennon, Keith David, Richard Dysart, Charles Hallahan, Peter Maloney, Richard Masur, Donald Moffat, Joel Polis, and Thomas Waites in supporting roles.
