Original handwritten sheet music, two pages on two adjoining sheets, 9.5 x 12.5, to the second trombone section of ‘Cloud 9,’ used for the recording by Motown Records session musicians, The Funk Brothers. In good condition, with heavy creases, moderate toning, a few tears, various pieces of toned tape affixed throughout, and numerous original ink and pencil notations, made by The Funk Brothers. A fantastic piece of music history that demonstrates the flexibility and improvisation required throughout the recording process. Originates from the files of Motown musical director Cornelius Grant.
