Huge oil painting of Telly Savalas playing pool, 47 x 35, framed to an overall size of 53 x 41. Signed in the lower left by the artist, Winifred Conkling. The painting can be seen in the Ramones’ music video for Substitute, in which both this painting and its frame were utilized. In fine condition, with various chips and dings to the frame present during filming. In the Beavis and Butthead Show, Beavis refers to this image whilst watching the Ramones Substitute video as an image of 'Kojak’: ‘Isn't that the dude from 'Kojak.’ All Ramones band members were present on set when this prop was used.
