<B>The Race War Puzzle Gold Silver Issue Game.</B></I> This early game was issued in Canada as a commentary on the issues relating to the gold and silver standard just prior to the turn-of-the-century. In the United States this battle had become the big issue between Democrats and Republicans with William Jennings Bryan supporting the silver issue and William McKinley the gold. The game, which originally included two wooden round puzzle pieces, one silver wood ship, and one gold wood chip, is in excellent condition with the exception of the missing pieces.
