Including a Greenwood China, Trenton, NJ, luncheon plate bearing the poly-chrome seal of the U.S. Naval Academy, a bulbous form panelled pitcher decorated with shaped reserves, floral swags, and romantic vignettees including a log cabin with an American flag aloft, and a transfer-printed platter, "The City of Washington, D.C." pattern by Johnson Brothers Note: The seal of the U.S. Naval Academy was designed in 1899 by Park Benjamin (Class of 1867), and adopted by the Naval Department the same year. The motto on the plate "Ex Scientia Tridens" translated From Knowledge Sea Power.
