Self-titled debut album signed on the reverse in blue ballpoint by Paul Butterfield, Mike Bloomfield, Jerome Arnold, Mark Naftalin, and Elvin Bishop. Scattered soiling and general wear, otherwise fine condition. The record is included. Accompanied by a Resurrection of Pigboy Crabshaw album signed on the front cover in black felt tip by Elvin Bishop and also by a book page biography sheet signed and inscribed by the final member of The Paul Butterfield Blues Band, Sam Lay, and six others. Bloomfield and Lay backed Bob Dylan when he introduced electric folk in 1965 at the Newport Folk Festival; Bloomfield also played on Highway 61 Revisited, including ‘Like a Rolling Stone.’ Tough to obtain the entire original lineup being offered here.
