Production-made costume made for Russell for the 1943 film The Outlaw. Outfit consists of an off-white short-sleeve blouse with a United Costumer’s tag sewn inside with, “No. 836, Size #6, Jane Russell” written on the two lines provided; and a multi-colored striped skirt with a hook and eye closure in the back, also with a United Costumer’s label with Russell’s name written on the second line. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warner Bros. Entertainment stating the costume was part of the United inventory purchased circa 1950.
