<B>The Misfits (United Artists, 1961).</B></I> One Sheet (27" X 41"). A classic tale of a depressive divorcee played by Marilyn Monroe, and an aging ex-cowboy turned mustang rustler played by Clark Gable. Though riddled with trouble during shooting, the film went on to great success, with fans and critics agreeing that these were some of the greatest roles ever for the three stars: Gable, Monroe and Monty Clift. This one sheet has a large bite of paper missing on the right side at the edge of the poster in the middle horizontal fold. There is some soiling or a black ink mark in the lower border which extends up below the title. The poster has been restored and the appearance is very nice.
