Official glossy 8 x 10 NASA photo of the Liberty Bell 7 spacecraft floating in the Atlantic Ocean after splashdown, its antenna raised high above the capsule in search of radio signals, signed in black felt tip by five members of the storied 'Mercury Six' engineers: Norman Beckel, Dean Purdy, Earl Robb, Bob Schepp, and Ray Tucker. Reverse purple NASA caption text. In very good to fine condition, with a couple creases and some emulsion loss to the right side. Accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from Curt Newport, the team leader of the Liberty Bell 7 Recovery Expedition, whose collection this signed photo derives from.
