<B>The Kid (First National, 1921).</B></I> Lobby Card (11" X 14"). Charlie Chaplin has become synonymous with the silent comedy. His famous flickering image as "The Tramp" made him the most famous individual on Earth at the time of this film's release. "The Kid" was Charlie Chaplin's first full-length movie. It, more than anything else to that date, made Chaplin a living legend. It took over a year to produce, and was an incredible success for Chaplin. Cards from this title are hard to come by and this scene with both Chaplin and Jackie Coogan is particularly desirable. The card has some light smudges in the background but is otherwise very clean.
