Henry Wells, along with George Pomeroy and Crawford Livingston, formed the express firm, Livingston, Wells & Pomeroy Company, to operate routes between Albany and Buffalo, New York. Director of the Northern Pacific Railroad.. Pen and punch cancellations affect Livingston's signature on front, his signature on verso is unaffected. Extremely Fine.
