1885. Dakota Territory. Stock certificate for 10 shares. Black. Issued to and signed THREE TIMES by CRAWFORD LIVINGSTON and Witnessed by Wm R. Merriam. Vignette of a steam locomotive at top center. Litho. Opened in 1885, the road ran 68 miles from Jamestown to Oakes, North Dakota and was leased to the Northern Pacific for 909 years. A nice Dakota territorial stock. Lightly punch cancelled.
