An 8” x 10” photograph signed by Sonny Hatchett, Harold Winley, Ellis Smith, and Grant Kitchings. Global Authentics authenticated the autograph, providing a COA numbered GV 944915.
The original group formed with four members in 1931 which ended in 1935. Until 1944, at least one original member played with the band. The group splintered, second and third generation bands emerged, and numerous bands with no ties to the original group adopted the name as well. This group has NO original members nor ties to nominal second or third generation versions. This group tours, and they claim a line of direct designated succession from the originals, even though it is three generations removed and there are no blood relatives in the group.
